Jonas LeBlanc-Wilmink is the Director of Operations and Government Relations at the Policy Insights Forum.

He has held executive positions in various political associations where he gained experience managing municipal, Provincial and National political campaigns. His interest in and knowledge of political organizations allowed Jonas to work with and lead multiple national and international non-profit organizations.

In addition to his political experience, Jonas has worked hands-on in the aerospace industry, as a financial analyst in the telecommunications industry, as an advisor in corporate medical and municipal affairs arenas, as well as business development and government relations in the public safety domain.

In these areas, he honed his market research, operations consulting, and strategic communications skillsets. His experience encompasses both the public and private sectors and non-profit work.

He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, where he studied Political Science, specialized in Global Governance, and graduated with a Minor in History. During his time in university, Jonas formed and presided over several politically successful campus clubs and their political campaigns.

Since joining Samuel Associates, he has been advising private sector clients, primarily in the defence and security sectors, in navigating federal government funding, legislation, regulation, and procurement opportunities.

Jonas is an avid musician, reader, angler, outdoorsman and Buffalo Bills fan.
